We don't want your data. This editor runs entirely in your browser — the PDF you upload, the text you add, your signature — none of it ever touches a server. We couldn't see your files even if we wanted to, because they never leave your tab.
No accounts, no tracking
There are no accounts, no file uploads to us, and nothing about what you edit is recorded or sold. We have no data from you to sell.
Traffic counting
We do want to know roughly how many people visit and which pages are useful, so we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It's built specifically to avoid identifying anyone: no cookies, no persistent ID tied to your browser, and no way to connect one visit to another. It only ever sees that a page loaded — never anything about a document you open or edit.
What's saved on your device
A handful of small preferences are saved locally in your own browser, not on a server and not tied to you in any way — the same way a desktop app saves a small settings file on your own computer instead of phoning home. It's local configuration, not tracking: nothing here is ever sent anywhere, it just makes the editor remember how you like it set up.
See everything saved on your device, and turn any of it off
-
Dark mode — remembers whether you last chose light or dark mode, so the editor opens the same way next time.
-
Viewing Mode — remembers if you prefer the stripped-down reading layout with the toolbar collapsed.
-
Keyboard shortcuts — remembers which individual shortcuts you've turned off in the Keyboard Shortcuts settings.
-
Review prompt — remembers whether you've already seen the one-time "enjoying the app?" prompt after a download, so it doesn't ask again right away. It also quietly counts how many times you've downloaded a file, so if you're clearly getting real use out of the editor, it can check in once more around your 5th download — and never again after that.
-
Site tour — remembers whether you've already been offered the one-time guided tour after your first upload, so it doesn't ask again.
To actually turn everything off, we have to stop saving these small flags — but remembering that you said no is itself one more small thing to save. Your call:
All of it lives only in your own browser profile. Clear this site's data from your browser's own settings at any time and it's gone — there's nothing to reset on our end, because we never had a copy of it to begin with.
Ads
This site is ad-supported — that's what keeps it free, with no catch. We use Google AdSense to show ads here. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show you ads based on your visits to this and other sites.
You can see and adjust Google's ad personalization for you at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of personalized advertising more broadly at optout.aboutads.info. You can read more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Contact form
The Contact page is the one exception to "nothing ever touches a server" — if you choose to use it, what you type is sent through Formspree, a form service, to our inbox. That only happens if you fill out and submit that form yourself; it has nothing to do with the PDF editor itself, which still never uploads anything.
Cookies
Any cookies on this site are set by Google and its advertising partners for the ads above, not by us — we don't set any cookies of our own.

If anything here changes, we'll update this page.
